The CIP system integrates the hot water heating circulation system in the process of gluing and batching, the preparation and weighing process of gelatin liquid and liquid medicine, the melting and stirring process of gelatin liquid, the vacuum bubble removal process and the automatic cleaning process all organically in one system. The gelatinized gelatin liquid and the prepared material liquid are automatically transported to the gelatin box and feeding hopper of the soft capsule machine through the pipeline, so as to realize the automation of feeding glue and feeding material. When it is necessary to clean the gluing tank and the gluing pipe, the batching tank and the batching pipe, the one-button CIP cleaning can be realized on the touch screen, so as to realize the real automation of the gluing and batching process.
