YWJ100-II Softgel Encapsulation Production Line

Machine Introduction:
YWJ100-II fully automatic softgel encapsulation machine is elaborately designed on the base of old YWJ100-IP and according to the requirements of GMP standard. It is a simple and efficient laboratory machine mainly for R&D or small scale production of softgel capsule products in laboratories or pharmaceutical researching insitutes.
The whole set of the production line is simple and efficient with small space. It includes a main machine, control system, water-cooling system, lubrication oil saving system, a dryer, one set of mould, as well as an auxiliary HJG100-I gelatin reactor. All the materials for the wholes set of the equipment are well selected to meet the GMP requirement, make it applicable for medical, nutrition, food, and cosmetic industries.
The Main Machine:
The main machine is the center of the production line, which function is to simultaneously finish the preparation of the gelatin of ribbon, quantitative feeding of the content (liquid or stickly materials), and packing to form the capsules.

HJG100-I Gelatin Reactor
The temperature control gelatin reactor can be used in combination with laboratory soft gelatin encapsulation Machine to provide gelatin liquid for making softgel capsule.
Feature:
1.The reactor have sealed three-layers structure. Electric heating is used for thermo-control.
2. The reactor adopted shunt chopper is used for agiating, pneumatic conveyor top feeding system is used to dissolve the gelatin dissolving and horizontal feeding. The reactor has the merit of steady transmission, flexible propelling, easy handle and secure operation. It can be widely applied in dissolving small quantity of
gelatin or mixing gelatin with different colors in laboratory, or jointly works with small softgel encapsulation machine.
3. The GDU (vessel, barrel) is manufactured fixed to Q/WRJ02-2002 standard.
4. The processing of formulation of GDU is fix to GB9684-88 Hygienic Stainless Steel Food Containers and Appliance Standard.
5.he inner structure of the tank is built and examined with JB/T4735-1997 Specification for Wielded Steel Normal Pressure Container.
6. The series of reactor use electric heating, automatic monitoring of temperature, vacuum gelatin dissolving and pneumatic conveyor horizontal feeding system.
7. Nylon cross wheel on the footing, easy to moving and operation; enhanced security.
